In order to address issues affecting our local food system, we need to work together to create and implement innovative actions and interventions. Engaged individuals and organizations need to identify issues in the context of our community, build a base of support, and understand the potential challenges we may face.

1. Why would a food hub be a good idea?

2. What would Carteret farmers get out of it?

3. Should seafood be included?

4. Should physical hub be in Carteret, Onslow, or Craven?

5. Could it be combined with an incubator kitchen?

6. Which farmers are being held back now because we don't have a food hub?

7. Which farmers could be helped by a local food hub?

8. How can we find farmers who want to grow this much?

9. Which restaurants want to shop from hub?

10. Does this encourage farmers to monocrop?
